I'm on the train heading home to my sexy Beast. I promised myself that when I got back from NOTOCON, I would take it up hot yoga again and I am so glad I did! I fell right back in the breathing & postures without to much difficulty. I love how centered I feel afterwards.<br />There is such a beautiful sunset this evening!<br />Evening Resh was amazing!
